We will gladly exchange any item that has been damaged in the shipping process. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return shipping label. Kindly use the original box to ship the damaged item back to us. We will either refund your money or replace the item once we receive the damaged product in the mail.
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes that isn’t the case. If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, simply email us at email@example.com. All returns need to be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and must be received in new condition. Refunds will be made once we receive the product in it's original condition.
Shipping charges will apply for returns and exchanges unless the item you ordered was damaged prior to arriving at your home.
